Dr. Laura C. Ridley
Doctor of Dental Medicine
Dr. Laura Ridley is a comprehensive dentist with a refined focus on aesthetic dentistry, blending advanced clinical expertise with an artistic approach to smile design. She believes exceptional dentistry exists at the intersection of science, precision, and artistry — where function, longevity, and natural beauty are equally prioritized.
Dr. Ridley’s path into dentistry was shaped by both creativity and medicine. Her father practiced emergency medicine, while her mother was an art teacher — an upbringing that fostered equal appreciation for problem-solving, technical skill, and artistic expression. Dentistry ultimately emerged as the perfect blend of those worlds. While several members of her extended family — including her grandfather, uncle, brother, and multiple cousins — later pursued dentistry, Dr. Ridley’s own calling was grounded in this unique union of art and science.
Dr. Ridley earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biomedical Science from Auburn University, followed by her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2008. She then completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the VA Medical Center Birmingham, where she developed a strong foundation in comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.
With a commitment to excellence and lifelong learning, Dr. Ridley has pursued extensive postdoctoral training in cosmetic and implant dentistry. She has completed Level 4 Mastery at Aesthetic Advantage, a prestigious aesthetic dentistry program based at New York University under the mentorship of Dr. Larry Rosenthal, a pioneer in feldspathic veneer artistry. She has also completed advanced implant education through Alabama Implant Education, allowing her to integrate surgical and restorative disciplines to deliver comprehensive smile transformations.
Dr. Ridley is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Georgia Dental Association, and is currently pursuing accreditation through the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry — one of the highest honors in aesthetic dentistry.
Outside the office, Dr. Ridley lives in Thomasville with her husband and three children. She enjoys being outdoors, staying active, and sharing good food —especially seafood — with family and friends.

As a dental hygienist since 2003, Jennifer grew up in Connecticut and served in the Navy for 6 years in the dental field. She has been a Thomasville resident since 2007. In her downtime, she enjoys reading, hiking, and trying new recipes.
Heather Johnson
Registered Dental Hygienist
Heather has worked as a dental hygienist since 2013. Known for her compassionate and empathetic approach, she is committed to making each patient's dental visit a comfortable, positive, and educational experience. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two adorable boys.
Savannah Lanier
Registered Dental Hygientist
Savannah lives in Pavo with her husband and her adorable son, Tucker. She has been an excellent hygienist since 2017. In her downtime, she enjoys hunting with her family, spending time at the lake, and cooking!
Amanda Ponder

Amanda has been in the dental field since 2006, starting out as front desk coordinator and certified dental assistant. She enjoys interacting with each of our sweet patients. When she's not at Rose City Dentistry, she is soaking up every minute with her family!
Katy Rogers
Patient Concierge
Katy has been a teacher since 2002 with a passion of science. She and her husband, Brandon, live in Thomasville. She enjoys cooking for her family, trying new recipes, and vacationing with at the mountains and at the beach.
Brooke Briggs
Lead Certified Dental Assistant
Brooke has been in the beauty service industry for 2 years, and worked in sales for 5 years prior. She is a licensed esthetician, married to her husband Thomas, and has a pup named Jack. She has always had a passion for helping others.
Linda Moore
Dental Assistant
Linda began her career in dentistry after earning her degree in Biological Sciences. Before joining our team, she spent several years working in pharmacy, where she developed a passion for helping people live healthier, happier lives. When she’s not brightening smiles in the office, you’ll find her soaking up the sun with her family in Mexico Beach.
Morgan Waldrep
Patient Concierge
Morgan is a graduate of Thomasville High School and a student at Valdosta State. Before her interest in dentistry, she worked in retail where she enjoyed the busy, energy-filled atmosphere. Outside of the office, Morgan enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, going to the beach and mountains, attending concerts, and watching her brother play baseball.
